Grounds maintenance
For apartment buildings and commercial properties, the point is less the individual bed than a consistent overall picture. Grounds maintenance keeps lawns, shrubs, paths and forecourts in reliable condition through the season. The cycle is set per property and then stays the same.

Outdoor areas on a cycle
The recurring tasks are known in advance and run without a fresh enquiry each time. They follow the area, the growth and the weather.
- Mowing lawns and keeping edges tidy
- Cutting shrubs and hedges at the agreed interval
- Keeping paths, forecourts and parking bays free of growth
- Removing leaves and green waste
How it differs from garden care
Grounds maintenance is the recurring cycle that keeps the surroundings presentable. Design work and seasonal attention to beds and planting belong to garden care and can be added where a property needs it.
Traceable for property managers
Areas, cycle and contact person are recorded in writing. Additional work, for example after a storm, is quoted as a separate item rather than carried out unannounced.
Common questions
How is the cycle decided?
From the areas, the planting and the desired appearance. We propose an interval after seeing the property; it can be reviewed after the first season.
Is additional work possible?
Yes. Anything outside the agreed cycle is described and quoted separately so the ongoing agreement stays clear.
Are fertilising and plant protection included in ongoing maintenance?
Only if these services have been agreed explicitly. Type, timing and the products used are defined separately.
Are water or power connections required?
That depends on the agreed work and the equipment used. Available connections and access are clarified before the first visit.
Can the schedule be adjusted during the growing season?
Yes. If weather and plant growth differ significantly from the planned rhythm, an adjustment can be agreed together.
