Building maintenance
Between daily upkeep and a specialist contract sits a range of small jobs that still need doing. Building maintenance covers exactly that area. Where a task requires a licensed trade, we say so and you appoint the right specialist.

The jobs that get left
Individually, many of these are too small for their own appointment; together they are clearly visible. Such tasks can therefore be collected and carried out in one visit.
- Tightening, adjusting or replacing fittings
- Small repairs to walls and paintwork
- Mounting and fixing work
- Checking and clearing drains and gullies
What we do not take on
Work on electrical, gas and heating installations, and anything requiring a permit, belongs to licensed specialists. Feasibility is clarified per task, and we would rather decline a job than carry it out improperly.
One-off or ongoing
Building maintenance can be requested as a single assignment or combined with caretaking, so small items are handled on the regular round. Materials are procured by agreement and listed separately.
Common questions
Can several small jobs be bundled?
Yes, and it usually makes sense. A list of the open items allows the work to be planned into one visit.
Do you procure materials?
Materials can be procured by agreement. They are listed as their own item so that labour and material stay distinguishable.
Can a cost ceiling be agreed for smaller jobs?
Yes. It can be defined up to which amount work and material may be carried out without further consultation.
What happens if major damage becomes visible during the work?
The work is paused where necessary and the damage is documented. The next step is discussed before additional effort arises.
Are drilling and installation work possible everywhere?
That depends on the substrate, pipes and cables, fixing options and the owner's requirements. Feasibility is checked before execution.
