Household cleaning
Household cleaning is for private households that want their apartment or house cleaned regularly or on a single occasion. Before the first visit we record which rooms and tasks are included, how often we come and how access is arranged. From then on the cleaning follows that agreement until you want to change something.

What household cleaning includes
The usual scope covers the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces in living rooms and bedrooms. Windows, laundry or ironing are only added when they are agreed as part of the assignment.
- Kitchen with worktops, fronts and the outside of appliances
- Bathroom and toilet including taps, mirrors and floors
- Dusting, vacuuming and damp cleaning of floors
- Windows, laundry and ironing by agreement
A rhythm that suits you
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly: the interval follows your household, the size of your home and your preferences. A single appointment is also possible, for example before visitors arrive or after a renovation. The rhythm can be adjusted or paused later on.
Access and trust
Wherever possible the same person comes to you, so they know your home and your habits. Whether you are present or entrust us with a key is your decision. How keys are handed over and kept is recorded beforehand.
Common questions
Do I have to be at home?
No. Many clients hand us a key or arrange access in another way. If you would like to be there for the first visit to show us the scope, that is possible as well.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
By arrangement we can bring the required products and equipment or use the ones you already have. Please let us know in advance about special requirements such as allergies or sensitive surfaces.
Can I change the rhythm?
Yes. Frequency, scope and timing can be adjusted, for example before a holiday or when your situation changes. A short message before the next planned visit is enough.
Can I set particular priorities for individual visits?
Yes. Within the agreed time frame, certain rooms or tasks can be prioritised. Please let us know about changes before the visit if possible.
Are cupboards and appliances also cleaned inside?
Interior cleaning is possible but is not automatically part of the usual scope. The cupboards or appliances concerned must be emptied beforehand and the work agreed.
