Building cleaning
A building consists of zones with very different demands. Building cleaning covers those zones in one concept instead of treating them one by one. Scope, frequency and responsibilities are recorded for each property.

Zones with different needs
Public areas, circulation and back-of-house spaces do not share the same rhythm. The building is therefore divided into zones, and each zone gets its own interval.
- Entrance, reception and public areas
- Stairwells, corridors and lifts
- Sanitary and changing areas
- Technical, storage and secondary rooms
Glass, floors and surfaces
Parquet, natural stone, linoleum and coated floors each call for their own method and product. Coverings are recorded during the site review so the right treatment is used. Glass surfaces, handrails and door areas are handled periodically.
A documented scope
Property managers receive a written list of areas, tasks and frequency. Additional or changed work is reviewed as a separate item rather than added quietly.
Common questions
Is building cleaning suitable for smaller properties?
Yes. What matters is the structure, not the size. Even a small building benefits from a clear split between regular and periodic tasks.
How are different floor coverings treated?
Coverings are recorded before the start and treated with suitable products. Where a surface is sensitive, we say so and agree the approach with you.
Can the cleaning take place during ongoing operations?
Yes, provided the work can be carried out safely and without major disruption. Suitable time slots are agreed before the first visit.
Are hard-to-reach glass and exterior surfaces included?
Such surfaces are assessed separately. Accessibility, working height and the necessary safety measures determine whether and how the cleaning can be carried out.
Are hygiene articles and consumables provided?
On request, the management of certain consumables can be agreed. This service is listed explicitly in the specification.
