Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows, cupboards and secondary rooms are discussed one by one. A cellar, attic, balcony or garage is only included when it is written into the assignment.

Aligned with the agent or owner
Many letting agents work with their own handover checklists. If you send us those requirements before the visit, the scope can be aligned with them. Our move-out cleaning comes with an acceptance guarantee. Should the letting agent or owner object to individual points at the handover, we take care of the necessary re-clean. The handover appointment itself stays between you and the agent.
Timing and access
Cleaning makes sense once the flat is empty. We therefore clarify early when the move will be finished, how access is arranged and whether power and water are available.

In the window between the emptied flat and the handover. The exact date is set together with your handover appointment.
Are windows and blinds included?
Windows, frames and blinds can be part of the assignment. Because the effort depends strongly on their number and accessibility, this point is recorded before the quotation.
How is the price for a move-out cleaning determined?
The size of the flat, its condition, accessibility and the agreed rooms and additional areas are decisive. A suitable quotation is prepared on that basis.
Do I have to be present during the cleaning?
No. If access and the key handover are arranged in advance, the cleaning can be carried out without you being present.
What do I need to prepare before the cleaning?
Personal belongings should be removed and cupboards completely emptied. All surfaces to be cleaned must be easily accessible.
