Can I request several services together?
Yes. Cleaning, moving, disposal and work around the property can be described in one enquiry.
Do I need to know exactly what I need?
No. A short description is enough for the first contact. The exact scope can then be clarified together.
Can tenants also request a service?
Yes. Our services can be requested by tenants as well as by owners. For work on the property itself, the consent of the owner or property manager may need to be obtained beforehand.
Do I have to be at home during the visit?
No. If access and any key handover are arranged, the assignment can also be carried out without you being present.
Will I receive a quotation before the visit?
Once the scope is clarified, you receive a clear quotation. It sets out which services are planned and which costs have been taken into account.
