Construction cleaning
After construction work, the order of the steps decides the result. Construction cleaning therefore follows the build: rough first, then fine, then final before handover. When each step makes sense is agreed with your site management.

Three phases, one sequence
The phases build on each other. Fine cleaning carried out too early is simply undone by the trades that come afterwards.
- Rough cleaning: debris, packaging and coarse residue
- Fine cleaning once the last trades have finished
- Final cleaning shortly before handover or move-in
The residue that is typical
Mortar, paint, adhesive and silicone residue, labels and protective film call for a different approach than everyday dirt. Sensitive surfaces such as natural stone, coated metal and new sanitary ware are tested on a small area first.
Coordination on site
Access, power, water and the available disposal points are clarified in advance, as are the appointments of the other trades. Because construction programmes shift, we agree the date early and confirm it again shortly beforehand.
Common questions
When can construction cleaning start?
Rough cleaning can run while work is still going on. Fine and final cleaning only make sense once the last trades have finished.
Is construction debris taken away?
Removal can be part of the assignment. Quantity, material and the receiving facility are clarified beforehand, since disposal follows its own rules.
Can individual floors or construction phases be cleaned separately?
Yes. Cleaning in stages is possible if the work in the area concerned is complete and the area can be clearly separated from ongoing trades.
Is window cleaning included automatically?
No. Windows, frames, blinds and hard-to-reach glass surfaces are listed separately in the quotation according to number and accessibility.
How is the price of a construction cleaning calculated?
The area, the type and amount of residue, construction progress, accessibility and any disposal effort are decisive.
