Clearances
A clearance is usually tied to an occasion that is not easy: a death in the family, a dissolution, a transition. We therefore work in a sorted way and record what is kept, passed on or disposed of. The pace follows yours.

Sorting before clearing
Before anything is moved, it is ordered. Whatever you have already set aside noticeably shortens the assignment.
- Items you want to keep
- Usable things that can be passed on
- Hazardous waste that is handled separately
- What goes to disposal
Flat, cellar, attic, commercial space
Each situation has its own access and quantities. Cellars and attics usually mean narrow stairs; commercial clearances have to fit around operating hours. Documents that must stay confidential are discussed separately.
The handover in view
A clearance is often followed by a handover. Move-out cleaning can follow directly so the flat is ready for the appointment, provided the dates are coordinated early.
Common questions
Can I sort things out myself first?
Of course. Anything you have already set aside shortens the assignment. Simply tell us what must not be touched.
Is a clearance coordinated with the flat handover?
Yes. Clearance, cleaning and handover can be planned as one sequence as soon as the dates are known.
Can only individual rooms be cleared?
Yes. Partial clearances are possible if it is clearly marked which items may be removed and which must remain.
Do I have to be present during the clearance?
No. The requirement is that access, scope and the handling of the existing items are clearly defined.
What happens if the actual volume is larger than stated?
Any noticeable extra effort is discussed with you. Additional work or disposal costs are not added to the assignment silently.
Is the value of usable items credited?
There is no automatic credit. Any handover or reuse must be agreed explicitly before the clearance.
