Maintenance cleaning
Maintenance cleaning works when its rhythm matches the way a space is used. Together we define which areas are covered how often and what each visit includes. That keeps the routine easy to follow for residents, staff and property managers.

A rhythm instead of guesswork
Frequency follows use: a stairwell serving twelve apartments needs a different interval from an office floor. We propose one after seeing the property and adjust it when the situation changes.
- Stairwells, entrances and lifts
- Laundry rooms, bicycle rooms and cellar corridors
- Offices, meeting rooms and staff areas
- Sanitary facilities at the agreed frequency
A schedule everyone knows
The schedule records what happens on every visit and what is done periodically, such as deeper cleaning or window work. Property managers receive that list as their basis; residents and staff can see what is planned.
Access and operations
Keys, badges, alarm systems and time windows are arranged before the first visit. Work outside normal operating hours is possible by agreement and depends on availability.
Common questions
How often should cleaning take place?
That depends on use, footfall and the areas involved. We suggest an interval after seeing the property and adapt it if the use changes.
Is periodic work included?
Periodic tasks such as deeper cleaning or window cleaning can be part of the agreement. They are listed separately from the regular visits so the scope stays clear.
Are consumables such as soap or paper restocked?
Restocking can be included in the assignment. Procurement, storage and invoicing of the products are defined before the start.
Are short-notice additional cleanings possible?
Yes, depending on availability. Additional visits or work outside the specification are agreed separately.
How are feedback and complaints handled?
Feedback is compared with the agreed specification. If a task was not carried out as defined, the next step is agreed directly with you.
