Moving services
A move succeeds above all through preparation. We go through what is coming along, how much space it needs and what the access looks like at both addresses. That produces a sequence everyone can follow on the day.

Before moving day
A survey on site or from photos gives the basis for the vehicle, the number of people and the schedule.
- A survey of the items and their volume
- Access, lift, stairs and parking at both addresses
- The need for packing material and furniture blankets
- Parking restriction permits where required
On moving day
Furniture is dismantled where necessary, protected, transported and reassembled at the destination according to plan. Particularly heavy or delicate pieces are mentioned beforehand so the right equipment is on board.
And afterwards
A move rarely ends with the last box. Move-out cleaning of the old flat and disposal of what is left behind can be included in the same assignment so the dates fit together.
Common questions
Is packing material provided?
Boxes, blankets and protective material can be provided by agreement. What you would rather pack yourself is decided in advance.
Can a move and the move-out cleaning be arranged together?
Yes. Combining them is often sensible, because the cleaning can start as soon as the flat is empty.
Do cupboards and drawers have to be emptied before the move?
As a rule, furniture should be emptied completely. Exceptions must be agreed in advance so that weight and transport safety can be assessed.
Which items do I need to announce in particular?
Very heavy, valuable, fragile or unusually large items must be named in advance. These include, for example, pianos, safes, artworks or large glass panels.
How is the price of a move determined?
The price depends on volume, distance, accessibility, floors, staffing and the requested additional services.
